Proof of signature may not be possible for all deliveries. Deliveries are also possible based on OTP verification that is sent to the registered mobile number. It is the responsibility of the customer to be available for receipt of the package and provide the OTP only to the designated delivery person after taking custody of the order package. If the customer is not available, the parcel may be left at the destination address at the discretion of the carrier, and no claims on this account shall be entertained by us.

Sharing OTP with the delivery person is only for the customer’s identification at the destination location and does not in any manner whatsoever put responsibility on the delivery person or any fraudproof delivery. Upon delivery, the title and risk concerning the package shall be passed to the customer

All orders are processed in 7 working days on best-effort basis. Orders may not be shipped on weekends or national holidays Shipping time depends on the place of dispatch, destination pin code, and time of acceptance by the customer. In case of any delay in delivering the order, the customer can contact us at email id [email protected], and the goods will be delivered to you as soon as possible. We request you to bear with us on such a delay. The customer cannot take any legal action, penalty, or claim against such delay.

Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods and natural calamities, force majeure conditions, including but not limited to pandemics, lockdowns, curfews, govt. Restrictions etc.

S.K Spices LLP shall use its best efforts to meet the scheduled delivery in the time conveyed. However, S.K Spices LLP shall not have any liability to the customer if the customer’s order fails to satisfy in whole or in part such scheduled delivery time.

S.K Spices LLP shall not be responsible for delays if the destination address is incomplete, misleading, or outdated, so customers are requested to check their shipping address while placing the order.

The customer is responsible for ensuring they or an appropriate person is available at the delivery address. In case of failure to do so, the order shall be deemed to have been executed by S.K Spices LLP.

Once the order is placed, the customer cannot change or cancel it for any reason whatsoever. Goods, once delivered, shall never be returned & shall not be taken back.

During pandemic periods, delivery time may be longer than usual. There is a possibility of certain areas/ pin codes having delivery restrictions or lockdown due to COVID. In such cases, the delivery partner might hold the order shipment in their office to comply with government regulations and attempt delivery as soon as possible. However, we request that you bear with us in case of delayed delivery due to any pandemic or unforeseen situation and ask for your patience

We do not offer Cash On Delivery (COD). All the payments are advanced online at www.sitagoodkha.com only.
