Job Profile for Salesman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Soil Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in offline marketing and product Placement in shops with a focus on customer satisfaction and repeat customers The role involves a free sample, persuading customers to buy online after customer eat the free sample, and convincing customers to purchase 8 pouches and get 2 pouches free and contributing to the online sales.

Qualification & Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree (Compulsory) in any field
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience in a closely related field.
  • Proven expertise in offline selling of F.M.C.G Products, Product Placement in shops,and Convincing customers to purchase online.
  • Analytical skills in MS Excel with experience in data interpretation and MS Word report writing.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Scope of work includes,but is not limited to the following:

  • Actively meet new customers and give them free samples of our productand encourage them to buy the whole pack after they try the free sample.
  • Coordinate with dealer
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and free samples.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate with retailer/customer and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members of salesman to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers and retailers and share it with your senior.
  • Develop and implement offline and online sales management practices and strategies to increase the reach of the market share.
  • Coordinate with teams
  • Your Location should be “live” on the Salesman software.
  • Your time of starting the job at 9:00 am and ending the job at 9:00 pm will be a 12-hour shift.
